1. Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if: You received the wrong size or product The product arrived damaged or defective. Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours. Manufacturing defect
Return will NOT be accepted if:
The product is worn, washed, or has stains of mehendi, perfume, or oilYou no longer want the product due to personal preferenceRequest is made after 3 days
2. Exchange Policy Size exchange is available for Jutties. One-time exchange only. For exchange, you will need to pay a reverse courier charge of Rs. 100. To request an exchange, WhatsApp us your Order ID.

Please send your Order ID along with photos / unboxing video. Without video, damage claims will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process Once we receive the returned product, quality check will be done within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account). For COD orders, refund will be via UPI / Bank Transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Customized or made-to-order Bangles are non-returnable.
